Julian T. Lao 

President

Julian Lao is the President of EvoEnergi and also serves as Director of the Industrial Division at LBL Prime Properties, the real estate and industrial development arm of the Lao Group of Companies. Prior to leading EvoEnergi, he oversaw power and energy procurement across the group’s industrial real estate portfolio and led business development, leasing, and full-cycle project delivery from site acquisition to turnover.

Julian began his engineering career in Australia, where he worked on major infrastructure projects for Chevron and SapuraClough, specializing in offshore pipeline systems and subsea engineering. His technical background and hands-on project experience laid the foundation for his leadership in energy operations today.

Julian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Australia, graduating with Second Class Honours, Division A. He brings with him a rare blend of global engineering expertise and business leadership, now focused on transforming energy procurement for Philippine enterprises.

Maria Corazon G. Dizon

Lead Adviser

Cora Dizon is the Lead Adviser of EvoEnergi, bringing over three decades of senior leadership experience across finance, strategy, and risk. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of AC Energy, the energy platform of Ayala Corporation, where she led key finance functions and sat on the boards of various subsidiaries. Before joining the energy sector, Cora spent 28 years at Ayala Land, where she held numerous leadership roles including CFO for residential, office, and retail business groups, and Head of Investor Relations and Strategic Planning. She began her career at SGV & Co. as an auditor. Cora earned her degree in Accountancy, cum laude, from the University of Santo Tomas and is a certified public accountant. She completed the academic requirements for an MBA at De La Salle University and attended an Executive Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Her strategic insight and institutional expertise guide EvoEnergi’s financial and organizational growth.

Engr. John Karlo K. Reynante

Head - Trading Operations

John Karlo Reynante is the Head of Trading Operations at EvoEnergi, overseeing all trading-related strategies, including energy sourcing, pricing, and compliance. He brings more than a decade of experience in power trading and risk management, having previously held leadership roles at KRATOS RES, GNPower Dinginin, and GNPower Mariveles.

John Karlo is also a Certified WESM Compliance Officer, well-versed in bilateral contracting, regulatory affairs, and portfolio optimization.

He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, where he specialized in Power Engineering, and passed the REE Board Exam with distinction. His strong grounding in technical operations and market strategy ensures EvoEnergi delivers practical, competitive energy solutions.

Ms. Dece Marwil B. Falar

Head - Sales Operations

Dece Falar is the Head of Sales Operations at EvoEnergi, bringing with her over 14 years of experience in electricity market governance, development, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining EvoEnergi, she served as Market Development Senior Manager at the Philippine Electricity Market Corporation (PEMC), where she played a pivotal role in the design and launch of the Renewable Energy Market (REM).

A recognized thought leader in energy policy and market operations, Dece has represented PEMC in high-level forums including the Renewable Portfolio Standards Composite Team and Green Energy Auction Committee. In 2024, the PEMC, under through her team’s contributions, was honored as a REM Asia Awardee for its pioneering efforts in market innovation and in establishing the Philippines’ Renewable Energy Market.

Dece holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, cum laude, from Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology, and completed the academic requirements for a Masters in Development Economics at the University of the Philippines–Diliman. At EvoEnergi, she brings together market intelligence, policy fluency, and client engagement to drive sustainable business growth.
