Retail Aggregation
Retail Aggregation is an innovative approach that allows multiple customers within a contiguous area or the same distribution franchise to pool their electricity demand. By combining loads of 499 kW or less (based on the latest 3 months average demand), businesses gain access to lower, customized pricing that was previously only available to large-scale users.

Solar Energy Integration
We enable businesses to transition to clean energy through direct access to our solar power plant portfolio. Our solar integration solutions are designed to reduce carbon footprint and improve long-term energy stability—whether through fully renewable supply or hybrid configurations. Why should I switch from captive customer to the Competitive Retail Electricity Market (CREM)?
Switching to the CREM allows the customer to select from various electricity suppliers, allowing them to choose plans that best meet their needs at the most reasonable price. Customers can negotiate terms that can suit their usage patterns, including contract lengths and payment structures.
What energy solutions and pricing scheme do you offer?
Our goal is to help businesses optimize their energy use in a way that aligns with their financial and operational objectives. Hence, we offer energy solution and pricing scheme that is customized to the needs of our clients.
What are your power sources?
We have conventional and renewable energy sources.
Do you have minimum energy requirement?
Our service allows complete flexibility, with no minimum energy offtake required.
What will change when I switch from my Distribution Utility to EvoEnergi?
Generation charge will come from EvoEnergi based on our agreed rate, and the Distribution and Transmission Costs, which are pass-through and regulated costs, will still be charged. EvoEnergi will be the collecting agent for the Distribution and Transmission Charges. Therefore, you will receive one bill from EvoEnergi incorporating all costs of power procurement.
Will there be fees for switching?
There are no switching fees if your distribution utility is MERALCO. While for other Distribution Utilities, it would depend on the Distribution Utility.
Will you connect me to a new power line?
No. Your existing connection with your Distribution Utility will remain.
How long is the switching process?
The initial switch process will take up to 90 days processing. While the regular switching process can be completed in as little as one month, provided all requirements are submitted/met.
What are the requirements for switching?
The following are the minimum switching requirements:
- Signed Retail Supply Contract (RSC)
- Secretary’s Certificate for Contestable Customer and/or Special Power of Attorney for Retail Aggregated Group
- Metering Service Agreement
- Connection Agreement
- Latest power Bill indicating contestability
- Security Deposit
Will there be a deposit in switching?
Yes, the customer is required to pay a bill deposit in the form of cash equivalent to one (1) month worth of the Transmission & Distribution charges calculated based on the twelve months average bill. This will be paid by EvoEnergi to your Distribution Utility/Electric Cooperative.
Will there be an outage/brownout when I switch?
Power interruption may vary based on the distribution utility where the facility is located. For areas covered by MERALCO, there should be no power interruption during a meter change.
