The ceremonial signing was held at Ever Bilena’s headquarters in Caloocan City and was led by EvoEnergi President Julian Lao together with Ever Bilena President and CEO Dioceldo Sy, Chief Operating Officer Silliman Sy, Business Development Officer Donway Sy, and EvoEnergi Lead Adviser Melinda Ocampo.
